NRA Personal Protection

This 10 hour course is the next phase in the NRA program and is intended to further develop the knowledge, skills and attitude essential to the safe use of a handgun for self-protection. It also provides information on a citizen's right to self-defense. The student will need to provide their own firearm and ammunition. A certificate of training will be awarded to all participants who successfully complete the course. Student/instructor ratio will be no more than 5:1.

Prerequisite: Basic pistol, equivalent training, or pre-course evaluation test.

Cost is $125 for the first student and $100 for each additional student.

Minors who participate with an adult will be charged $75 each. NOTE: One minor per adult.
